I weave, I paint, I sing, but what does that even mean?
I weave, I paint, I sing is childish and queer: A silly little contemplation of this silly world.
Just like the Pallay, I am weaving stories.
Just like the T’nalak, I am painting dreams.
Just like the Ulos, I am singing the song of my sisters, mother and grandmother.
A performance based on my personal exploration of tradition, specifically weaving, through a queer perspective.
